Nate and David’s October wedding fell on one of the last warm days of fall when the colors of the leaves were vibrant – almost as if the perfect day was saved just for them.

Their Minneapolis City Hall wedding was followed by a leisurely stroll around downtown Minneapolis for photos in front of some of the city’s best landmarks. I absolutely loved that Nate and David left plenty of time in their day’s schedule for lots of photos!

Their reception was held at the Loring Community Arts Center in Loring Park where guests enjoyed donuts in lieu of a cake and danced all night. My favorite part? Catching Nate and David kissing under the rainbow that appeared just before sunset. A magical ending to a magical day!

Big thanks to Amy with Kadrmas Photography for lending her keen eye and warm personality as my second shooter for this wedding!
